Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and compliance with regulations. Lead data analysis efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans as needed. Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning to support associate engagement and business success. Strong experience in organizational change management and guiding leadership through HR implications. Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans. Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, identify risks, and recommend solutions. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with a focus on compliance. Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
