Our licensed, N.A.T.E and EPA Universal-certified team is committed to providing top-tier service, ensuring comfort and efficiency for our customers. Uniforms provided Truck tools provided and tool account Professional and Supportive Work Environment Continuing Education, Growth, and Training Opportunities Work with Industry-Leading HVAC Brands Annual holiday party and appreciation events Pay Range Base pay plus incentives, average total compensation could be around $60k - $100k, based on experience, tenure, and performance Schedule Monday - Friday, the day starts at 8:00 am, with some nights and weekends depending on the rotating on-call schedule Benefits Medical Insurance, 401k, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, and Personal Time About the Role We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
