Looking for an After-School Helper in Ottawa, KS to assist with educational support and supervision. This role involves supporting and engaging with students during afterschool hours. Duties include creating a positive and nurturing environment, helping with homework, providing academic assistance, organizing recreational activities, and ensuring the safety of students. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, exhibit patience and empathy, and have a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting. A background check is required.
