Production Specialist

Perform general labor duties as assigned, including but not limited to material handling, loading, unloading, and staging materials. Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of products according to specifications. Operate basic production equipment under supervision. Conduct visual inspections of products for quality assurance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks. Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met. Adhere to production schedules and contribute to efficient workflow.

This position operates within a dynamic production and manufacturing facility. The work environment may involve exposure to moderate noise levels, moving machinery, dust, and varying temperatures (e.g., heat or cold). Safety is paramount, and adherence to all safety guidelines is mandatory.

Temporary position $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Temporary Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are dependable, hard-working, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced production environment. As a Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various stages of our production process through general labor tasks.

Job Type: Temporary Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Ability to perform physical general labor tasks effectively. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Commitment to safety procedures and a safe work environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a general labor or production environment. Familiarity with industrial safety equipment, including hard hats.
