Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract job with a client in Detroit, MI . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in UiPath Automation, Agentic AI Development, and Technical Leadership, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise automation solutions within large-scale organizations.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $60/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary technical authority for UiPath automation initiatives, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI technologies .
• Establish and enforce automation architecture standards, development practices, code review processes, and technical governance procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, and delivery leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Drive technical planning, sprint execution, workload prioritization, and delivery oversight within an Agile, Product-Oriented Delivery model.
• Review solution designs and automation workflows to ensure maintainability, performance, security, and business value.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while proactively developing mitigation strategies.
• Build reusable automation frameworks, technical assets, and implementation patterns that improve delivery consistency and operational efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automation, application development, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong expertise in:
  
  • UiPath Automation Development
  • Intelligent Process Automation (IPA)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Agentic AI Development
  • Technical Solution Design
  • Automation Governance
• Experience leading technical teams and delivery activities across enterprise automation programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery, code quality, and solution architecture reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the Health Payer or Healthcare Insurance industry .
• Knowledge of business process automation, operational transformation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience designing AI-enabled automation solutions and enterprise intelligent agents.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI frameworks, and enterprise integration technologies.
• UiPath certifications and automation architecture experience.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
