Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, while strictly adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist with the collection of specimens and ensure samples are appropriately prepared for testing.

Meticulously document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.

Maintain a sanitary, secure working environment that meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.

Continuously maintain current certification throughout your career.
