Senior Workday Analyst

To support the optimization and expansion of HR technology, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will design, configure, and improve Workday modules while serving as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and Finance teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting Lead the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommendations for process improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of HRIS and/or Workday experience, with at least 3 years in Workday configuration and administration Strong understanding of Workday architecture, including business processes and data management Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives
