We provide a company's computer (Mac) – must know how to use it You can work from home after a whole month of training Job Requirements Applicants must have a quiet place to work with no interruptions Applicants must work a minimum of 35 hours per week; no part-time shifts are available Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation Background in customer service – our technicians are as important to us as our customers Perks Paid events meetings Biweekly electronic payment Paid training program Daily and monthly rewards Commissions Bonus for positive reviews Qualifications Experience with customer service Be able to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus Be a happy, proactive, and honest person Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Must be willing to make a minimum of a one-year commitment Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints and objections while setting proper expectations Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle emergencies, challenges, and feedback with a smile Job Duties and Tasks Assign technicians to the right jobs and work with them to ensure that they can perform their duties easily and with little stress Respond to text and phone calls through our system Ensure that changes in schedules (both client and technician) are handled effectively and with a high level of customer service Maintain accurate notes on changes, updates, or modifications to our service plan Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements and the technicians' individual needs and requirements Submit invoices and gather payment in a timely manner Schedule appointments for services Handle urgent calls from technicians Go the “extra mile” to make sure that all parties involved have a great experience Manage technician hiring initiatives, interview and manage training schedules for technicians Align with marketing to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with available technicians for maximum new client acquisition Manage technician supply orders to ensure they have the right tools for the right jobs Participate in personal and professional development for yourself and identify opportunities to elevate the experience for technicians Train technicians and monitor performance for optimal results Report monthly to leadership Shifts Available: Mon‑Fri 7am‑5pm Start: ASAP Your ability to increase your income is HOT here at Val's!
