Business Development Manager / Account Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
Key Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be presentable in front of clients.
- Client Engagement: Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects. Make accurate sales projections.
- Education: B.Tech or MCA preferred, but not required.
- Technical Understanding: Should have a basic understanding of technology and some experience in the project/product development life cycle.
- Multi-functional Role: Ability to wear multiple hats such as Account Manager, Business Development Manager (BDM), Delivery Partner, and Client Partner.
- Onsite Presence: Must be able to come to the client's office every day.
- Tools Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Email, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Commercial Acumen: Should understand pay rates, bill rates, margins, SOW (Statement of Work), MSA (Master Service Agreement), and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
