We’re looking for a Director of Nutrition & Client Results to build and lead the next evolution of our coaching and results program.

This person will help shape our nutrition philosophy, develop coaching systems, hire and lead Nutrition Consultants, and create programs that help our clients achieve lasting results. This role will help define how MyFitFoods delivers measurable client transformation at scale. The Opportunity:

This is not a back-office nutrition role.

This is a leadership role responsible for building systems, developing coaches, improving client outcomes, driving retention, and helping shape the future of nutrition coaching inside a fast-growing, performance-driven company. We are looking for a builder capable of creating one of the strongest nutrition coaching ecosystems in the industry.

You will lead and scale the MyFitFoods nutrition coaching program across Texas, Colorado, and Oregon while partnering closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Culinary, and Executive Leadership teams.

This person will play a major role in shaping customer retention, client outcomes, and the long-term evolution of the MyFitFoods experience.

What You’ll DoLead & Scale the Nutrition Coaching Program

• Lead and build the MyFitFoods nutrition coaching program across Texas, Colorado, and Oregon
• Hire, train, develop, and coach Nutrition Consultants throughout the company
• Create systems and standards that allow clients to receive consistent guidance and support
• Establish key performance indicators for both coaches and client success
• Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve client results

Program Development & Optimization

Help evolve and improve our signature programs, including:

• 7 Day Challenge
• 21 Day Challenge
• MyFitLife

You will develop coaching frameworks that simplify nutrition and make it actionable, measurable, and sustainable for clients.

Cross Functional Leadership

Partner with:

• Retail Operations
• Marketing
• Culinary
• Leadership Teams

to improve customer outcomes, customer retention, and overall program effectiveness.

Education & Content Creation

• Create educational content for customers, team members, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Serve as a leader and ambassador for the MyFitFoods mission
• Comfortable speaking to individuals, groups, and on camera

• Nutrition Consultants are consistently developed, coached, and retained
• Customers achieve better results and stay with MyFitFoods longer
• Nutrition coaching becomes a competitive advantage for the company
• Programs are simple, scalable, measurable, and effective
• The nutrition department is viewed as a revenue-generating and retention-driving function rather than a support department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred
• Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian, or Licensed Nutritionist preferred
• Experience leading, managing, and developing teams
• Experience building programs, systems, and processes
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable speaking to individuals, groups, and on camera
• Passion for fitness, resistance training, nutrition, and healthy living
• Ability to simplify complex nutrition concepts into practical actions
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Results-oriented mindset
