With a growing portfolio and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a seasoned leader to join their high-performing team.The company is currently conducting a search for a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in the $20M–$40M range. This individual will play a key role in overseeing all phases of project development, from pre-construction through closeout. The Senior PM will be responsible for client communication, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met or exceeded.This is a critical leadership role with high visibility and long-term growth potential.Requirements:Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction project managementProven track record managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects valued at $20M–$40MDeep knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocolsStrong leadership, communication, and client relationship skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Benefits:Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchCompany vehicle or allowanceProfessional development opportunities
