Key Responsibilities Prepare meals by reviewing menus and product specifications with the Executive Chef. Evaluate menu production and oversee portion size. Evaluate and improve productivity. Provide food preparation expertise. Monitor presentations and analyze food production records and menu expenses. Standardize production recipes. Promote kitchen staff interest in quality improvement.
