Exciting opportunities are available for experienced paraprofessionals passionate about making a difference in preschool education. Multiple contract positions are open for dedicated individuals to support young learners, including students with moderate to severe autism and behavioral needs, across several early learning centers.

Current openings include roles at well-established preschools in Newtown, Telford, Chalfont, and Langhorne, with varying schedules—both academic year and summer—ranging from part-time to full-time hours. Each assignment involves hands-on classroom support, working closely with classroom teachers to promote a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for preschool students.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• At least 1 year of recent paraprofessional experience in special education classroom settings (PreK–12), particularly supporting students with behaviors.
• Residence within a 35-minute commute of these centers.
• Flexibility to work a full schedule as outlined for each site.
• Willingness to provide hands-on support, including toileting, diapering, feeding, and assisting with student transfers.
• Readiness to support students with autism and behavioral challenges and remain actively engaged throughout the school day.
• Ability to attend a mandatory orientation week and meet ongoing training requirements.
• A car for dependable transportation.

Applicants must meet one of Pennsylvania's paraprofessional qualifications (48 college credits, associate degree or higher, or completion of an approved assessment/certification). If not currently qualified, commitment to earn paraprofessional certification within 60 days of starting is required.
