Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities Patients come first. Build and maintain relationships with patients, continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Meaningful Workday. Go home every day knowing you are making a difference in patients’ lives and developing your team to reach their full potential. Listen to patients, staff and the community during the clinic’s operating hours to ensure that services are robust, accessible, and unmanaged by pests. Lead a Team. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community. Financial Management. Oversee the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Autonomy. Manage the clinic independently with support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and the greater company. Culture & Growth. Reinforce organizational values through recognizing behaviors that exemplify shared beliefs, rewarding others accordingly, and engaging in reciprocal practices. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive toward regional goals and standards. Requirements Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. Minimum one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Director and/or Regional Operations Director. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse, if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position). Collaboration with clinical and financial teams is essential; other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the Director and/or Vice President. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Salary The Salary Range for the role is $81,000–$128,000 per year.
