Senior Scientific Director

Kada Recruiting is partnering with a medical affairs and scientific communications agency, recruiting for a talented Senior Scientific Director. The Senior Scientific Director will be responsible for assisting in creating scientific communication content used to inform and educate within various therapeutic areas for the agency's division focused on promotional education and clinical information. Responsibilities include analyzing, interpreting, and communicating scientific information in a simple yet educational way for a variety of audiences.

• Ability to concisely and accurately communicate scientific information to a variety of audiences
• Working directly with clients to understand data and information and continuing research on data
• Excellent grammatical, editorial, and proofreading skills
• Attention to factual detail and accuracy
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a team setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Independent and motivated

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, professional advanced clinical degree preferred (MS, MD, PhD, PharmD)
• 5+ years of content development and medical writing experience
• Ability to translate clinically relevant data into initial scientific platform and lexicon
• Agency experience
• Skilled at a vast array of traditional and innovative medical and promotional education tactics
• Comfortable identifying and interacting with key opinion leaders and clinicians
• Dynamically present work both internally and to clients, and participate in symposia, speakers bureaus, etc.
