Clinical Management Manager

Strategy & Consulting: We collaborate with healthcare executives, leaders, and boards to help organizations innovate, transform, and enhance operational effectiveness across strategy, operations, clinical optimization, regulatory compliance, and technological advancement. Responsibilities Lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations to improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions. Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, length of stay (LOS), and avoidable utilization. Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models. Travel up to 80% as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients. Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement. Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders. Experience with prior authorization or throughput optimization. Exposure to EHR-enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner). Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution.
