Overview A Door-to-Door Residential Direct Sales Representative based in the Dallas, TX area. Earn a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, for a target earnings potential of $90,000+ depending on performance. Responsibilities Acquire new customers through in‑person interactions with residents, property management groups, and referral sources. Pursue daily leads aggressively and maintain a high level of field activity. Understand the specific attributes of assigned properties and related contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations. Distribute marketing materials and support strategic campaigns to build brand awareness. Identify customer needs and articulate tailored solutions. Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management. Stay informed about competitive activity in the local market. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment. Enjoy outdoor, door‑to‑door work and mobile field activities. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, presentation, and influence skills. Positive, creative, persuasive, and self‑motivated with strong autonomy. Detail‑oriented with advanced organizational and time‑management skills. Sales‑quota driven and able to adapt to ever‑changing conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Passion for connecting with potential customers and delivering service solutions. Experience with quoting, signing orders, and managing a protected territory. Compensation • Base salary: $34,000 per year (Texas only)
