About Our Client

Established GC with a diverse portfolio including commercial, healthcare, and institutional ground-up builds throughout the Midwest.

Job Description

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and track project budgets and schedules
Lead subcontractor buyouts and contract negotiations
Coordinate with field teams and superintendents
Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks
Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensure project profitability and timeline adherence

The Successful Applicant

3-6 years of project management experience
Ground-up construction experience required
Strong financial and scheduling acumen
Procore or similar software experience
Excellent communication skills
