Job Details Office of Human Resources Position Series: DS-501 Position Grade: DS-12/13 Promotion Potential: DS-13 No. of Vacancies: One (1) or more Agency: Office of Financial Operations and Systems Duration of Appointment: Permanent Area of Consideration: Unlimited Brief Description of Duties The incumbent is responsible for planning, designing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures for quarterly updates and patches for Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM. The role includes gathering and documenting business requirements; testing and analyzing enhancement requests; leading fit-gap analysis and as-is/to-be business process functional designs; assisting with prototyping, functional system configuration, testing, and end-user training; assessing internal controls; and troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Performs other related duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, document, and implement policies for Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM quarterly updates and patches. Gather and document business requirements. Test and analyze enhancement requests. Lead fit-gap analysis and as-is/to-be business process functional design. Assist with prototyping, functional system configuration, testing, and end-user training. Assess internal controls. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Four (4) years of progressive work experience performing related duties, such as analyzing financial systems, processes, and providing operational support to improve program effectiveness; managing complex projects including planning, designing, and implementing system enhancements; and conducting related training. Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) preferred.
