About Our Agency:
Welcome! I'm Alexa Santana, proud owner of the first-ever State Farm Agency in Rahway, New Jersey. As a bilingual agent and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, I've built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isn't something that happens overnightit's a journey built on helping others, something I'm deeply passionate about. Being a Legacy Agent, this career is more than a jobit's part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? I'm a proud mom to an amazing child with autism. Being a special needs parent has shaped how I lead with empathy, advocate fiercely, and celebrate every milestoneat home and in business. My passion is helping others feel confident about their future by preparing for the unexpected and making space for their goals and dreams. We're here to serve the communities of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania with automobile, homeowners, renters, condominium, commercial, pet, and life insurance. You can find us in the heart of the Rahway Arts District inside The Mall on East Cherry Street, right across from The Waiting Room Restaurant.
Role Description
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexa Santana - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
