Luxor Staffing is hiring a Facilities Technician paying up to $29 per hour with multiple shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 5AM-1PM
• 2nd Shift: 1PM-9PM
• Must be flexible with schedule- may need to work night shift depending on business needs.
• This position will last 6 months with the option to covert to full time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Support manufacturing and warehouse operations by maintaining safe, functional, and efficient work areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for specialized repairs, facility improvements, and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems .
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on repair skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read technical documents , use maintenance tools/work-order systems, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments, including heights and confined spaces.
