Salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Respond professionally and empathetically to phone and electronically submitted first notices of loss from claimants, insureds, and third parties experiencing unexpected property or vehicle damage. Utilize established scripts and system workflows to accurately transcribe commercial or personal loss details Actively manage and assign rental car reservations, appraisal schedules, Express Claim shops, towing needs, and critical water mitigation activities. Apply foundational communication skills to evaluate caller questions, offer available service options, and determine the most effective course of action on established claims. What You'll Bring to the Table Typically 1 to 3 years of customer-facing experience in the service, financial, or hospitality industries, ideally paired with 6 to 12 months in a call center or office environment. (Preferred) Proficiency in navigating and toggling between multiple computer screens, applications, and the MS Office Suite Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
