Our Tualatin District Office is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Representative who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to make a difference in their community. In this role your focus will play an important part in growing the agency through new business development - and provide top-notch service to our clients

Responsibilities- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Handle all incoming calls from clients and potential customers.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- In-office work (not remote)
- English/Spanish fluency is required (spoken & written)
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a professional office or retail setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, etc.)
- Strong team collaboration skills and a professional phone presence
- Already carry a P&C license preferred or ability to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty insurance license within a set timeframe (Bonus if already carry P&C license)
