Residential Care Associate I - 5569

Position Overview We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at our Fieldstone RTH program in Willsonville, Oregon. The role provides caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients, supports the development of daily living skills, and helps maintain clients’ functioning levels. Responsibilities The Residential Care Associate I will: Assist with meal preparation, clean‑up, and food purchasing, encouraging client participation. Provide personal care services and support that help individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living. Administer medications and perform delegated medical care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and as prescribed by the client’s primary care provider. Transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. Maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services. Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license from state of residence, with a safe driving record and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Physical ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. Successful completion of crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. Minimum age 18 at time of hire, per OAR 309‑035‑0135. Preferred: Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional). A dedication to the well‑being of each resident and helping them complete their activities of daily living (ADLs) and independent activities of daily living (IADLs). Work Schedule Friday through Monday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Part‑Time, Swing) Compensation $20.60 – $21.86 per hour DOE/Credentials. Additional $3.00 per hour night shift differential applies during 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
