Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Jersey City, NJ

Seeking an experienced professional in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging to deliver high-quality diagnostic services at a leading healthcare facility. In this rewarding role, you'll contribute to patient care by performing advanced nuclear medicine procedures and CT fusion, collaborating closely with a dedicated clinical team.


Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, or as needed
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Weekends and holidays as needed
• On-call responsibilities required
• Floating between Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT coverage as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Valid NJDEP license
• ARRT or NMTCB registry
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Expertise in CT fusion highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures with attention to quality and safety
• Utilize advanced imaging protocols and demonstrate proficiency with CT fusion technology
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in compliance with facility standards
• Float between Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT departments as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend/holiday coverage as required
