Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Director, Facility Operations, your roles and responsibilities will include:Provide leadership and oversight of healthcare facilities and infrastructure.Direct preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement initiatives.Develop strategic and operational goals for Facility Operations.Provide lifecycle project management and oversight across multiple projects.Develop capital improvement plans addressing infrastructure and physical plant needs.Recommend facility construction, renovation, and improvement projects.Maintain infrastructure inventories and forecast equipment life cycles.Direct building and equipment maintenance, energy conservation, and mechanical/electrical systems.QUALIFICATIONSMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Director, Facility Operations who enjoys their work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Director, Facility Operations would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelor's degree, Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), or equivalent work experience.Business Administration or related educational background preferred.5–7 years of management experience in Facility Operations.5–7 years of healthcare facilities management experience.Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, CMS/TJC requirements, State of Ohio fire code, and EPA regulations.Experience with healthcare facility infrastructure, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement projects.Strong project management and vendor/contractor management experience.Experience managing facility budgets, operational expenses, and capital projects.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompensation: Based on Experience.
