Client Services Associate

This is an entry-level, on-site position that provides responsive, relationship-focused service to clients through direct communication and onsite support. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

ON-SITE EXPECTATION

On-site role. Regular face-to-face interaction is a core part of the position.

Responsibilities

· Assist clients with questions, requests, and solutions

· Conduct face-to-face client interactions and meetings

· Coordinate service needs with internal teams

· Document feedback and support client retention

Skills & approach: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
