We are seeking a Substance Abuse Clerk for a full-time position at Indiana Women's Prison in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Substance Abuse Clerk is responsible for scheduling appointments as well as the routine processing of documents of the substance abuse program within a state correctional facility, including accurately creating, organizing, scanning, faxing, and/or filing documents to facilitate retrieval, review, and processing.

Essential Duties: Reviewing all documents/transactions for correctness and completeness Taking any necessary action to appropriately address any problems, errors, or deficiencies Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required One (1) year of medical records/medical office experience preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred Computer/Data Entry experience preferred Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
