Associate Brand Activation Manager

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role plays a key part in executing brand strategies and below the line programming, serving as a day to day brand steward, and supporting trade and sales initiatives across the portfolio. This role partners closely with internal cross functional teams and external agencies to bring brand plans to life, build brand awareness, and support market growth. This position is based out of our Stamford, CT office and offers flexible work arrangements (requiring in person collaboration 2 days per week).Responsibilities:Own below the line annual programming from briefing through execution, including timelines, asset coordination, cross functional alignment, and post activation recapsManage day to day Shopper Marketing Agency coordination, including timelines, inputs, and feedback routing, escalating strategic decisions as neededLead vintage release tracking and wine scoring submissions, including end to end process ownership and calendar management across portfolio wine brandsSupport the development, publishing, and maintenance of sales and trade materials (trade standards, tools of trade, technical sheets) for key brandsServe as a sales liaison by translating brand priorities into clear, timely tools and guidance for the field and ensuring feedback flows back to the brand teamManage product information and content updates across internal systems and product apps, partnering with IT as needed (including DASH)Conduct market and competitive performance analysis using syndicated data, brand research, and competitive assessments to surface actionable insightsPartner with Insights, Business Intelligence, and Channel Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure brand standards are upheld across all channelsQualifications (ABM):Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA preferred3+ years of marketing or media agency experience; beverage alcohol industry experience highly valuedDemonstrated interest in or experience with fine wine, including exposure to varietals, regions, vintages, and trade or PR environmentsAbility to manage multiple brands and priorities across a diverse portfolio in a fast paced environmentStrong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail and sound judgment, particularly in regulated categoriesStrong analytical capabilities, with experience in syndicated data (IRI) preferredProficient in creating clear, compelling marketing presentations and materialsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levelsEntrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ownership, accountability, and team player qualitiesSolid understanding of financial P&L and budget managementWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageRobust career development opportunitiesComprehensive benefits including:Medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement plan with company matchProduct allowance for sampling DFWS beveragesEducational support:Tuition reimbursementPost secondary education scholarship program for employees' childrenWellness benefits:Gym membership reimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramIf your background and experience meet these qualifications and you want to join a dynamic industry, please click here to apply.We Value DiversityAt DFWS, we believe that our differences are our strengths.
