Hospice of New Mexico is in search of a dedicated Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to provide exceptional end-of-life care in Albuquerque. In this rewarding role, you will coordinate services and guide patients through their hospice journey. The ideal candidate should hold an RN license and have a passion for compassionate care.
