Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Loveland, OH

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Med Surg setting

• BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and promptly recognize changes in condition
• Support patients and families with clear education and compassionate communication
