MLR is looking for a dedicated full-time Medical-Surgical RN to join our team at a welcoming, independent community hospital near Mc Cutchenville, Ohio. This role provides the opportunity to deliver essential patient care in a supportive and close-knit environment, becoming an integral part of a dynamic healthcare team.

As a Med-Surg Registered Nurse, you will provide both direct and indirect care to patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics. Using the nursing process, you will assess patient needs, prioritize care, and develop individualized care plans. You will demonstrate critical thinking to ensure safe, high-quality, age-appropriate care, delegate tasks effectively, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care. Timely and accurate documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current State of Ohio Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification.
• Certification in specialty preferred, with ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire for specific units.
