Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Recruiting Specialist role is based in Naperville, IL. The Technical Recruiting Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital transformation roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include building talent pipelines, drafting and posting job descriptions, conducting initial technical and cultural fit assessments, and overseeing candidate communication and follow-up. The role will also involve partnering with stakeholders to understand role requirements, supporting offer negotiations, maintaining accurate recruitment data in tracking systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment to effectively source and evaluate technical talent. Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle recruitment and support organizational growth. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and modern recruitment tools. Knowledge of enterprise IT domains such as cloud, AI, digital commerce, integration, or application modernization is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
