Be part of the team.Our Maintenance Team Members play an important role in creating a clean, safe, welcoming restaurant for our customers and crew. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and like working independently while being part of a team, this could be a great fit for you.We’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to be successful.What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help keep our restaurant, equipment, and surrounding property clean, safe, and in great working condition.Your responsibilities may include:Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant inside and outsideFiltering fryer oil and completing routine equipment maintenanceCleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, restrooms, and other restaurant areasKeeping parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and exterior areas neat and well maintainedUnloading delivery trucks approximately 2–3 times per weekEmptying and maintaining the trash compactorReplacing light bulbs and completing other basic maintenance tasksCleaning HVAC and exhaust areas and keeping the roof clear of debrisIdentifying maintenance or safety concerns and communicating them to restaurant leadershipFollowing established safety, cleaning, and maintenance proceduresWorking independently and managing assigned tasks with minimal supervisionHelping wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating smoothlyWhat We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to have restaurant maintenance experience to be successful. We can train the right person.We’re looking for someone who:Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and in good conditionIs dependable and follows through on responsibilitiesCan work independently and stay productive without constant supervisionPays attention to detailIs comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentIs willing to learn new skillsWorks well with restaurant leadership and crew membersUnderstands the importance of safety and cleanlinessHas a positive, team-oriented attitudePhysical RequirementsThis is an active position. You should be comfortable:Being on your feet and physically active for extended periods, including at least 5 hours at a timeFrequently bending, reaching, walking, standing, and moving throughout the restaurantLifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 poundsWorking both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsPerforming repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasksWhy Work With Us?We believe a job should give you more than a paycheck.
