Our team is passionate about empowering families to take an active role in their child's development, and we're seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Delaware, OH. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time As an RBT at Astro ABA, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing relationship with clients and their families Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless service delivery Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy Requirements Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred No experience in ABA therapy or a related field needed; willingness to learn and grow with our team Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and families What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $24 HOURLY Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families Collaborative and supportive work environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
