Compensation $70-$90 per hour (based on experience)

Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Qualifications Active BCBA certification required
Master's degree in ABA or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
