Role: Senior Director - Head of Technology for Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, supporting Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience. Responsibilities Develop and execute technology strategy, manage portfolios and operations, partner closely with DDSAI on data, AI, and analytics capabilities; Oversee laboratory systems, data platforms, and external collaborations; Ensure technologies support target discovery, validation, biomarker development, and clinical trial design; Lead cross-functional teams and represent technology in leadership forums. Requirements Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical R&D technology, with 5+ years leading teams; Experience in discovery biology systems, data management, AI/ML workflows, and translational research; Familiarity with immunology, oncology, neuroscience modalities, and regulatory standards.
