Shopper Marketing & Planning Coordinator (Temporary, 1-Year)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Type: Temporary contract, 1-year term About the Role Buonasera Media Services is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Shopper Marketing & Planning Coordinator to join our team for a one-year contract supporting a major retail client. This is an on-site, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, keeps projects moving, and enjoys managing the details that make marketing campaigns run smoothly. What You'll Do Support day-to-day coordination of shopper marketing initiatives for a major regional retail client Track project timelines, deliverables, and status across multiple concurrent workstreams Help manage content and campaign calendars, ensuring deadlines and approvals stay on track Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects aligned and moving forward Maintain organized documentation, files, and reporting for ongoing initiatives Assist with planning and logistics for marketing programs and promotional activity Flag risks or bottlenecks early and help problem-solve to keep work on schedule What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Prior project management or coordination experience strongly preferred Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Workfront or similar) Retail, CPG, or advertising agency experience a plus Ability to work on-site in Matthews, NC, Monday through Friday Details This is a contract position with health and vision benefits, plus 401k for a one-year term. #J-18808-Ljbffr Buonasera Media Services, LLC
