Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $489,000 $543,000 annually (equivalent to a competitive hourly rate)

What You ll Do

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with various hematologic and oncologic conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Collaborate with a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, disease-specific care
• Work closely with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated treatment plans
• Stay current with innovative treatment options and emerging technologies
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to advancing treatment methodologies
• Offer expert consultations and second opinions on complex cases
• Participate in a minimal call schedule shared among a large team of clinicians

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
• Valid medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain soon
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in outpatient or cancer center settings
• Interest in clinical research and innovative treatments
