Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Perform installations of pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components
• Conduct routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance services
• Identify and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, and drain problems efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, recommendations, and service options
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
• Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and best practices
• Ohio plumbing license or certification preferred
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or physically demanding environments
