Customer Service Representative IV

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented operations support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling and distributing critical reports, monitoring field service performance, and providing operational support to repair organizations. You will serve as a key liaison between internal partners — including Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair, and Product Management — helping to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities Compile and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports to direct management using all available data resources, including company ERP systems. Monitor and communicate performance levels while providing operational support for assigned field service repair organizations. Support internal partners including Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair, and Product Management in resolving or advising on complex issues and opportunities. Approve the referral of unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Perform all other duties as assigned by direct management or as required during the course of job performance. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities. Ability to accurately document and record customer and client information. Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems, and SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to adapt and thrive in a change management environment. Experience 8+ years of experience in customer service, repair services operational support, or warranty claims. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
