Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Estimated Pay Range: $24.00–$27.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter to support day-to-day human resources activities with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment . The primary focus of this position will be recruiting and hiring staff for a donor center environment.

The ideal candidate has approximately 3 years of HR Generalist and/or recruiting experience , is comfortable managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting employee relations and workers’ compensation matters is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for donor center positions, from requisition through hire.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting strategies.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate applicant and hiring documentation.
• Support HR administrative functions and ensure appropriate documentation and recordkeeping.
• Provide basic support with employee relations matters as needed.
• Assist with workers’ compensation documentation, reporting, and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information appropriately.
• Ensure recruiting and HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Manage assigned responsibilities independently while meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of professional HR experience as an HR Generalist, Recruiter, or a combination of HR Generalist and recruiting roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment .
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Working knowledge of general HR practices and applicable employment regulations.
• Basic experience with employee relations and/or workers’ compensation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a 100% onsite position in El Paso, Texas. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this assignment.

Compensation

Estimated pay range: $24.00–$27.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
