Product Manager, Patient and Nurse Marketing, Bladder Portfolio

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Manager for Patient and Nurse Marketing within its Bladder Cancer Portfolio, based in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role translates patient and nurse strategies into coordinated marketing execution, managing promotional tactics, educational content, and cross-functional partnerships to advance the patient and care partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute patient and care partner promotion strategies, managing agencies and internal approval processes
- Support strategy and content development for sales meetings and customer-facing resources for field teams and nurses
- Partner with Patient Advocacy and Communications on presence and visibility at advocacy events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and patient advocacy organizations to develop resources for patients, care partners, and nurses
- Lead prioritization of AI-enabled initiatives in alignment with business objectives and experience priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years work experience with 2+ years in marketing, sales, healthcare, or commercial strategy
- Project management experience and healthcare or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight and weekend travel
- Oncology experience preferred
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI
