Qualifications Skills and Abilities Self-sustaining portable business Strong expertise and extensive experience representing management clients in labor negotiations and labor-related disputes, and advising management clients on labor-related matters and risks Strong organizational and matter management skills Ability and confidence to work independently while thriving in a high-pace, collaborative, team environment Self-motivated with the desire and drive to help shape and expand a growing practice Commitment to building relationships and achieving the goals of Firm clients Education and Experience Must be currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing within state of residence Minimum of 5 years experience in the practice of labor law, representing management Recent law firm experience and a portable, self-sustaining book of business required Interested in hearing more?
