Labor and Employment Senior Level Attorney - Of Counsel Downtown Los Angeles-based law firm with significant public entity and corporate clients is seeking a senior-level attorney with at least seven years of litigation experience in tort, labor, and employment law. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including human resources issues, wage and hour law, unemployment claims, labor relations, employee benefits, employment agreements, policies, litigation, and grievances. Draft and prepare legal documents for clients. Assess legal risks and opportunities within labor and employment law and advise clients accordingly. Negotiate settlements in legal disputes. Educate clients and stakeholders on legal matters, policies, and procedures. Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice. Qualifications Minimum of seven (7) years of substantive litigation experience. Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
