Employment Litigation Associate (3–5 Years) A nationally recognized firm is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate (3–5 years) to join its premier Los Angeles office. The Practice You will work alongside nationally respected L&E partners handling: Wage & hour class actions PAGA representative actions Single-plaintiff employment litigation FEHA-based discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims Whistleblower matters Arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings The team is deeply engaged in cutting-edge employment litigation and regularly handles matters with significant exposure and strategic impact.
