We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage the company's human resources functions. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee termination processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Oversee employee relations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and Florida employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate payroll-related HR information with the Accounting & Finance Department.
• Assist with employee benefits administration, where applicable.
• Support management with workforce planning, staffing needs, and organizational improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Promote a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
• Knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous HR experience in healthcare or medical practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
