About the Position: The primary purpose for the establishment of this job is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist for U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) performing a wide range of multi-functional staff level human resources management (HRM) functions and advisory services for assigned organizations and operating HRM management officials. Key Responsibilities Serves as a senior Human Resources Specialist providing staff-level advisory services to management officials on complex civilian personnel matters. Requirements & Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
