Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist (1099 Contractor)

KB Luxury Group (formerly King Blaque Airways) is an early-stage luxury travel startup founded in 2021 and is based in Miami, FL. We specialize in private jet charters, luxury yacht experiences, and exclusive mansion rentals for high-net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele. As we continue to build and scale our operations, we are seeking individuals who are comfortable working in a startup environment and contributing to foundational business functions. Position Overview We are seeking a Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator to support both HR operations and talent acquisition efforts. This role is a hybrid position (50% HR / 50% recruiting & onboarding) and is ideal for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a developing startup environment. This is a 1099 contractor role and may be performed on a part-time or full-time basis depending on the contractor’s availability and workload capacity. Key Responsibilities 50% Human Resources (Operations & Support) Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files Support development and organization of HR processes and policies Assist with compliance tracking (I-9s, documentation, internal processes) Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries Support onboarding documentation, new hire orientation, and internal HR workflows Help organize internal systems as the company scales Assist leadership with administrative HR tasks and reporting 50% Recruiting, Onboarding & Talent Operations Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) Post and manage job listings across job boards Source and screen candidates (resume review, qualification assessment) Coordinate and execute interviews Maintain candidate records and tracking systems Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Prepare and send offer letters Maintain pipeline visibility and recruiting updates Required Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or related field Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, or recruiting tools Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes Experience with recruiting, candidate screening, interviewing, or HR coordination Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 2–4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or related field Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, or recruiting tools Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes Experience with recruiting, candidate screening, interviewing, or HR coordination Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information What to Expect Flexible work structure (contract-based) Opportunity to gain hands-on experience building HR and recruiting functions Exposure to startup operations and growth strategy Collaborative but evolving work environmen #J-18808-Ljbffr KB Luxury Group
