Goliath Partners is a subsidiary of Meritaas, an established consortium of specialist recruitment businesses focused on the placement of STEM professionals. Goliath specializes in talent solutions across the trading, quantitative research, and artificial intelligence sectors.
We're recruiting! Our aim is to scale with our clients & thus far we've managed to do exactly that.
In 2024, we became the leading supplier in Florida to financial markets winning awards for placements in software & research. In 2025 we ventured into the machine learning & AI space and have become an exclusive supplier to a very well known Frontier AI Research Lab.
To date we placed across HK, LDN, NYC, MIA, CHI, SF, LA, SG, Geneva, AMS & Paris. We're looking for a Recruitment Director to come in and build with us.
This person will have a team of 3~ people by the close of their first 12 months.
Base of $100,000-150,000, team bonus of 10% & commission at 40%~.
We are interested in people from one or more of the following markets:
AI space (Anthropic/ OpenAI/ xAI)
Quant Trading/ Discretionary PMs & SPMs
Quant Research (Central Liquidity Books through to Pods)
Sell Side/ Buy Side
Package:
NYC-equivalent commission plan & salary to match with no state tax in Florida.
Full Healthcare, Vision, Dental & Matching 401k plans with 35 days PTO.
All the other add-ons recruitment firms offer (LCs, Getaways etc).
